The Onoway Museum and Heritage Centre

The Onoway Museum is housed in the historic Beaupré School — better known to many as the Old Brick School. Originally built in 1921 with just two classrooms, the building expanded over the years to become Onoway Elementary School. After the school was closed in 2007, the building found new life as the Onoway Museum, which now celebrates and preserves the rich history of the school and the surrounding community.

The rest of the former school was transformed into the Onoway Heritage Centre — a vibrant community hub with classrooms and event spaces available for clubs, churches, families, instructors, and community organizations. It’s a place where people come together to learn, connect, and have fun. Whether you're hosting a birthday party, seminar, meeting, workshop, market, or other event, our new online booking system makes it easy to find and reserve the perfect space.
